It has a very complete equipment, air conditioning not only in the bedrooms but also in the beautiful living/dining room, LED lighting that creates a relaxed and exquisite ambience, and of course a large flat screen television with internet connection.

The bedrooms are decorated in a modern style, with Mediterranean architectural lines and quality, bright and unique furniture. There are two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs, two of them with ensuite bathrooms and all with large and very comfortable beds. The upstairs bedrooms also have their own work desk and have access to the magnificent terrace of almost 40 square meters that overlooks the garden and pool.

The four bathrooms have a very refined style, each one in a different color, with sober and elegant finishes. They offer the perfect environment for your hygiene and well-being.

The kitchen is the first space that one steps into when entering the house. It is very modern and big , forming an open space together with the living and dining room, all appliances are elegantly lined with wood. A pantry and a laundry room are added, offering even morel comfort, here everything has its corresponding room and place. The appliances are from the best brands, there is not only a washing machine but also a dryer.

The exterior is spacious, with a fantastic pool that invites you to take a dip and abundant vegetation that provides privacy and a very special touch of an exotic garden.

Both on the upper terrace with panoramic views and on the porch below you will find delicious shade or a solarium for sunbathing, depending on your preference. The first class outdoor furniture is absolutely up to the general level of the house. There is a modern electric BBQ/griddle.

It is located at the small beach of Canutells, a traditional place where Menorcans used to spend their summer, where this special structure and flair of the authentic Menorcan coast has been formed, where children run free, neighbours have known each other for a lifetime, the few bars and restaurants have this special and authentic air. The beach is about 6 minute walk from the house.

About 5 minute drive away is the small town of Sant Climent and the capital of Menorca, Maó, less than 10 kilometers, making it easy and convenient to enjoy its wide gastronomic, commercial and above all cultural offer. The port with its great variety of bars, restaurants, exclusive shops and nautical life, the centre with its art galleries, markets, theatre etc. You will surely visit Maó more than once.
