Apartment located in the best area to spend the summer in Calpe. Less than 5 minutes walk from Arenal beach. The 100 m² accommodation has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people.

In the main room, it has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, with access to the terrace and ensuite bathroom complete with bathtub. The second room has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. In front of this room we find another complete bathroom with shower and screen.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, juicer,... and all kinds of kitchenware necessary to feel at home. The kitchen and living room are connected by a bar with stools where you can enjoy a snack or breakfast.

It has air conditioning in the living room, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

There is a lounge area, and a dining area, with a single bed, with access to the large terrace, with awning, chairs and table.

It has an elevator, iron, internet access (wifi), community pool, covered parking in the same building.
