Casa Oliver is a beautiful villa in a peaceful location with stunning mountain views in Cala San Vicente, a charming coastal village with some of the most beautiful beaches in the north of Mallorca



Recently renovated to a very high standard, Casa Oliver is an idyllic setting and offers a perfect summer holiday. There is a large inviting pool (guests can choose to heat the pool in the cooler months for an additional cost).



The spacious pool terrace is perfect for sunbathing – there are lots of sun loungers!



Guests can enjoy cooking on the barbecue and dining al fresco on the terrace balcony – the views are incredible! There is also a separate super comfortable seating area for evening drinks, all covered with a traditional pergola, providing a cool, shady area even on the hottest of days. You are spoilt for choice, there are plenty of places to relax and enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean weather. And if you fancy a game of table tennis, it is available!



There are many charming features throughout the villa, giving it a wonderful home-from-home feeling. There are two living rooms which means that there is ample space for everyone.



The first living room has a large screen TV with English channels, Netflix and other streaming services. There is a second large screen and a DVD player in the other living room. For anyone who needs to keep in touch with work, there is an office area.



There is a new kitchen on the upper level with a high-end Neff hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as two fridges. It is fitted out to the highest specification with a very attractive Mallorcan stone worktop



Downstairs there is a fully equipped utility room, with a washing machine and a further downstairs fridge for poolside drinks/ice-cream storage!



Casa Oliver sleeps 9 in five bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king-size bed and the other four bedrooms have doubles which can also be converted into twin beds as required. All four bathrooms are new, featuring Hansgrohe/Duravit units throughout



We recommend Casa Oliver for anyone looking for a totally relaxing holiday in a very peaceful spot. You are within easy driving distance of Pollensa old town with its historic buildings and delightful restaurants and cafés. The golden sand beaches in Puerto Pollensa are also just a few minutes drive away



This villa is ideal for two families sharing or for friends holidaying together. The villa has a sheltered covered bike rack area, with chains, padlocks and a track pump available for those who want to cycle.
