Located north of Madrid, Valdeacederas is a neighbourhood in the Tetuán district, currently one of the most developing sectors of the city and a great attraction for families with great access to all types of gastronomic and cultural services.



Its proximity to large areas such as Chamartín and an excellent transport connection make it a very attractive area for tourists and residents.



The apartment:



This cosy studio with capacity for up to 3 guests is located on the ground floor of the building.



The efficient distribution of space combines the kitchen, living room and bedroom areas in the same environment, ensuring a functional, warm and very pleasant atmosphere. It has a space dedicated to rest where a comfortable double bed, an individual sofa bed and a modern dining table are located.



Likewise, the studio has a comfortable full bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and various appliances.



The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.



The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
