Can Aina is just 6 km from Son Serra's sandy beach. Additionally, at the same distance is the town of Son Serra, where you can enjoy the region's delicious gastronomy. For daily shopping, the town has a small supermarket for basic purchases.



The villa has a charming garden, outdoor furniture and a terrace where you can enjoy outdoor meals and relax under the Mediterranean sun. If you prefer a barbecue, Can Aina offers that option to enjoy outdoor dinners in a quiet and private environment.



Inside, the house is equipped with all the modern conveniences you might need. The American kitchen, with electric appliances, includes a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



For your convenience, the villa also has a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, heat pump heating and air conditioning in all bedrooms. The private pool is perfect for cooling off on warm summer days, and the outdoor parking in the same building facilitates access to the property.
