Sants-Montjuïc neighborhood, two steps from Plaza Espanya. This luxurious property features an eclectic ethnic-inspired design, contrasting beautifully with the intricacies of its original features, such as high ceilings with intricate moldings and beautifully arched doorways.

The spacious living room has a lively collection of decorations in different styles: a 70s rug, a plant-like plant on the wall, a piece of wood in the shape of the African continent and 2 Chesterfield sofas, which add a touch of British refinement. The apartment has 3 spectacular double rooms decorated in an exquisite style, as well as a smaller single room. We like the creative transformation of the original bed headboards into wall hangings. The apartment is completed with a beautiful dining room, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

1.- When you arrive in Barcelona, please call tel. that will be provided to you when you confirm your reservation.

2.-Check-in is done at our office. There the keys will be handed over and a document with attached clauses will be signed. If it is not signed, you cannot enter the apartment and therefore the reservation is considered canceled by the Client.

3.- The stay in the apartment of more people than those indicated in the reservation is not allowed. Only the contract holder can collect the keys. Minors are not allowed.


4.- If the day of departure (which is at 10 am) the apartment is not tidy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.



5- Pets are allowed for 15 € per day or 150 € per month.

6- There is an alarm system in the property. It does not register or record anything. It is SECURITAS brand.

7.-Arrival policy:

Monday to Friday:
15:00 h. - 18:30: Free
18:30 h. - 21:00 h: 30 euros
21.00 h. - 23.00 h.: 50 euros

Weekends and public holidays
15:00 - 21:00: €30
9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.: 50 euros

For arrivals after 23:00, please consult the rates are different.

IMPORTANT:
It is possible to rent a minimum of 32 nights per Barcelona rental law for monthly contracts.

** From 22:00 to 8:00 you have to be quiet. No parties are allowed. If the police come to the flat or the neighbors call the Government/Police, you will be evicted from the flat and/or have to pay a fine.
