Spacious and bright apartment in the center of Denia, beautifully refurbished in vintage style, in the middle of Denia's historic centre.The apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator), very bright with 4 bedrooms (three bedrooms with double beds, and 1 with two single beds) all with air conditioning hot/cold and one with ceiling fan) The bedrooms have beautiful views of the Montgó mountain and the old town, 3 shower bathrooms, living-dining room also with air conditioning hot/cold and a well equipped kitchen. Both from the living room and from the kitchen there is access to the terrace with awning, wooden furniture and views over the village to the sea and the historic center.The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a carefree vacation; washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. In addition there is Wifi internet and TV-TDT (spanish).
Very favorable location, in a pedestrian street, in the famous Loreto street that offers a great gastronomic offer and just a few steps from the historic center and shopping area.

The house has no parking, but within 500m you can park to unload the luggage. 
 
The region of Denia on the Costa Blanca is an ideal place to spend your vacations. Mild Mediterranean climate, long sandy beaches and beautiful mountain scenery.
Denia offers a great infrastructure and a wide range of possibilities for your leisure time, marina, fish market, beautiful old town, as well as an excellent gastronomic offer, without forgetting its lively nightlife. In the port you will also find boat rental companies, jet skis and multi-adventure and also excursions to Ibiza or Formentera.


The 20 km of beach have possibilities for all tastes, areas for different sports, surfing, sailing ...., beach bars, sunbathing areas, beautiful coves. The nearest beach, Punta Raset, is about 15 minutes walk away, with its beach bar and facilities for children. For the most comfortable the Port of Denia and this beach have a large parking. In 20 min., maximum one hour, you can visit other places on the coast such as Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Alicante in the south and Oliva, Gandia, Valencia in the north. Dénia is situated in the middle of Valencia and Alicante, the airports of both cities are within an hour's drive.
