It also has a sofa bed (1,20 cm) in the living room. The kitchen, fully equipped with everything necessary for the stay, with ceramic hob and washing machine, has two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. It has a private terrace with barbecue and also has centralized air conditioning.

Outside there is a communal swimming pool which is available all year round.
