Bright and comfortable studio on the famous Golden Mile 500 meters from the beach. The apartment is on the second floor and available to receive 4 guests.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, capsule coffee maker, hot water kettle, dishes and all the utensils needed for a comfortable stay.
The dining area is a space with lots of natural light and has a table and chairs for 4 people.
It has a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 more people, storage space, Smart TV and WiFi.
If you're looking to relax after a day of exploring, the studio offers a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture.
The comfortable bathroom in natural tones has a glass-enclosed shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer and storage space.
The studio has hot/cold air conditioning and WiFi.
The condominium includes other facilities that guests can enjoy during their stay: swimming pool (open a few months a year - generally from May to October - we suggest checking availability before booking), tennis court, large garden, community parking, and security.
There's community parking available inside the urbanization but please note this works on a first come, first serve basis so you might not always find a spot to park inside. In that case, there's also free street parking available you can take advantage of!
A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.


*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 pm there’s an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours, please ask us for availability and rates. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied underage guests. Minimun age to book is 25 yo.
*Crib available upon request at additional cost
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
