Incredible apartment with large dining room and balcony that will not leave you indifferent, neo rustic style, basing its decoration in nature in a minimalist way with natural materials.
It has three bedrooms, a dining room with a very spacious balcony, two full bathrooms and a very comfortable kitchen. It is fully equipped for a pleasant experience. The whole apartment is equipped with three types of lighting. The balcony is equipped with a table where you can enjoy it for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
This apartment is located very close to the wonderful and incredible monument of the Sagrada Familia built by Gaudi.
As well as you will have an excellent communication of public transport that will allow you an excellent communication for the whole city. Right next to the apartment you can enjoy a large park.

Instructions and house rules here:

1.- When you arrive in Barcelona, please call tel. that will be provided to you when you confirm your reservation.

2.-Check-in is done at our office. There the keys will be handed over and a document with attached clauses will be signed. If it is not signed, you cannot enter the apartment and therefore the reservation is considered canceled by the Client.

3.- The stay in the apartment of more people than those indicated in the reservation is not allowed. Only the contract holder can collect the keys. Minors are not allowed.

4.- If the day of departure (which is at 10 am) the apartment is not tidy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

5-Important: The requested additional cost of administrative fee must be paid during the check in; It will depend on the total number of months you are going to rent, in the description shows the amount equivalent to one month of stay. Consult us if you have any doubts.

7.-Arrival policy:

Monday to Friday:
15:00 h. - 18:30: Free
18:30 h. - 21:00 h: 30 euros
21.00 h. - 23.00 h.: 50 euros

Weekends and public holidays
15:00 - 21:00: €30
9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.: 50 euros

For arrivals after 23:00, please consult the rates are different.

IMPORTANT:
It is possible to rent a minimum of 32 nights per Barcelona rental law for monthly contracts.

** From 22:00 to 8:00 you have to be quiet. No parties are allowed. If the police come to the flat or the neighbors call the Government/Police, you will be evicted from the flat and/or have to pay a fine.
