This apartment with capacity for 6 people is rented in the centre of l'Escala. It is located 4 minutes (240m) walking from Las Barcas beach and 230m from La Creu beach, both near restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The Montgrí Natural Park is located 2 km away and the historic Ruins of Empúries 1.8 km away.
The accommodation is renovated and distributed on a single floor that, at the same time, has a terrace on the top of the building.
The living-dining room has air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is open to the living room, fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware. It has a coffee maker, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and an oven.
This accommodation has three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), another with two single beds together and a third with 2 single beds of 90 cm. All bedrooms have air conditioning and all beds offer bedding, duvets or blankets and pillows.
The apartment has two bathrooms with shower. It is equipped with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

Check-in: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours from Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sunday or holidays, contact the agency. The key collection location: the agency. A deposit will be paid as a guarantee with a card upon arrival (300€) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bedding is included in the final cleaning price.
Mandatory services: Tourist tax 1€/person/night (over 16 years old). Towels (11.90€ per reservation which includes a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional paid services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in (after 20:00h).
