The house of approximately 220 m2 has on the ground floor entrance hall, living room, dining room with fully equipped kitchenette, pantry, bathroom and private garden. On the first floor which is accessed from the living room by internal staircase, there are 4 bedrooms, laundry room, bathroom, terrace and balcony. On the second floor a room, terrace and attic.
The house has been recently renovated and furnished, it is part of the catalog of goods of the municipality for its modernist facade work of the son-in-law of the famous architect Doménech i Muntaner.
In it resided the family of the illustrious explorer explorer of Angel Falls of Venezuela, Felix Cardona Puig, hence the name of the house, Can Cardona.
The rooms of the house, with ceilings of more than three meters high, transfer you to another era, without giving up the comforts of today.
