House with pool and terrace 250m beach:
The house of 93m2 is in a quiet area in the coastal town of Sant Salvador only 250m from the beach, 45km from Port Aventura and 50km from Barcelona's Airport. It is divided into two floors and has a large terrace with a table, chairs and hammocks, as well as a communal area with a garden and pool open all year round. On the ground floor we find the equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, while on the upper floor we find three bedrooms, one with a double bed and toilet and two with two single beds each, as well as a full bathroom. It has a Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, fans, heating for winter, fireplace, television, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place in the house from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 25 years old are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
