Additionally, the cozy living space is equipped with an armchair, TV, four-seat dining table, coffee table, and next to it a beautiful fully equipped open kitchen with everything you need to prepare your best recipes, but that's not all! You will find a Nespresso machine so you can enjoy your mornings and afternoons with a delicious coffee.



The apartment is located in the Soho neighborhood in Málaga, an innovative creative district situated in the Ensanche Centro along the river. The street artist collective MAUS creates murals with vivid colors on the buildings of their headquarters and the neighborhood. Spanish modern art is exhibited in the CAC Museum, an installation located in a former market surrounded by small galleries and independent studios.
