The third bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to create a double bed or separated into two singles according to your needs. The property has a bathroom equipped with a sink, shower, and WC. Additionally, a bright and modern open bar-style kitchen with the necessary elements for you to prepare your favorite recipes during your stay. Within the same space, you will find a spacious living room and dining area where you can find a comfortable sofa and a cable TV to enjoy your favorite programs and a 4-seat dining table. The property is characterized by its sober and neutral design with touches of color that give life and warmth to each space, making you feel at home from the very first moment.

For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:

1. You must sign a lease agreement

2. Public utilities such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 200 EUR per month. Internet is free for all stays and will not be considered here.

3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 200 EUR



The property has an electronic lock, so you can enter at any time without additional charge.



In the event that an in-person Check In is required or requested, the charge would be:



$25 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM

$60 from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
