In the other part of the ground floor there is another living room, with dining room for 4, fireplace, 2 bedrooms for 2 people each and 2 bathrooms, one of them with bathtub and the other one with shower. On the upper floor, with exterior access, there is a suite with bathroom with bathtub and balcony with a comfortable rocking chair and an awning to relax and enjoy the views. The air conditioners are installed in 2023 and keep the house at the right temperature.

The parking in this villa is for 2 or more cars, and is totally private.



Only 10 minutes walk to the supermarket, 14 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to the town of Moraira.
