Opposite the living room is the first bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), electric shutters, and a mosquito net for added comfort, as well as an LED TV. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bathtub, ideal for relaxing after a long day.
There is also a cozy bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), also equipped with electric shutters and a mosquito net. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable temperature during the warmer months.
To the left of the living room is the separate kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine or coffee maker, so you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee at any time.
The third bedroom has a double bed (160x190 cm), and there is a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful covered terrace with a fan and electric awning, and a granite table for six people, ideal for outdoor dining. The 4 x 8 meter saltwater swimming pool with a chill-out area invites you to relax and soak up the sun, along with a beautifully landscaped garden.
Both the terrace and the pool area with separate lounge furniture are in the sun all day.
The washing machine is in the garage, and the central heating runs on heating oil. Additionally, the air conditioners can be switched to heating mode, making the house suitable for living during the colder months as well.
The garage can also be used, as well as the parking space, on the fully fenced property. The house is on one level and located at the end of a cul-de-sac.
Bed linen is not included in the price but can be rented for €15 per person (linen only) or €25 per person (linen + towels). Groups of young people are not accepted, and dogs are only allowed on request (extra charge).
