Prepared so it can accommodate 4 people in comfort, the apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.Layout is:From the front door there is a generous living room with dining room.To the left is a separate kitchen with wash room. There is a shower room and bedroom 2 has twin beds. On the corner is the bathroom and next to it is the main bedroom with double bed that is extra long (tall guests will appreciate this!).Both the main bedroom and the living room connect via the terrace which overlooks the pool and and golf area with a little sea view, facing to the west.Fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay, the apartment offers:- toaster- kettle- capsule coffee maker- dishwasher- Bath towels and bed linen.- Wi-fi and satellite TV- washing machine- iron and ironing board

There is hot and cold air conditioning throughout. Please use it responsibly, do not leave it running while you are not in the apartment nor with terrace doors open. It is not possible for the AC to reach temperatures of below 20degrees inside when outside it is 40+.There is a community swimming pool that has many sun loungers, as well as an enormous garden and terraced area with beautiful sea view.

The complex has free parking all around and is within short distance of shops, the beach and the bus line to Malaga or Fuengirola. We do recommend a car.

Malaga airport is 15 km away.

In the surrounding area you will find small shops and many restaurants. Arroyo de la Miel is very close with Friday market, Renfe train station, or less than10 minutes by car.Please note that smoking is not allowed in this apartment.For check-in after 22:30 there is an additional charge of 20 euros payable on arrival.Please do not leave keys in the door as it will not be possible for us to open and you may be liable for the callout fee for the locksmith.Finally, we are delighted to inform that we work with Clubs For Hire Dot Com, a fantastic team who can arrange to deliver and then collect golfing equipment to the apartment for you.
