Cozy and bright apartment for exclusive use, located in the center of Santander, 5 minutes walk from the City Hall and less than 10 minutes walk from the stations (bus or train) or the modern Botin Center.
The suite has been delicately decorated using a modern and unique style. Despite being located in a central area of the city, it is a little busy street that allows to guarantee the rest of the users, also both the room and the living room are facing south to a courtyard without public access, ensuring privacy.
The space
The designer apartment-suite is designed to make every stay a unique and comfortable experience for the users. It’s accesible especially for old propone and families with children.
The room has been recently renovated and decorated in a modern style with rustic and industrial touches that make the place a harmonious and cozy space.
It consists of a spacious bedroom (12 m2) with king size bed (180x200), a fully equipped bathroom with a comfortable 170x80 cm shower and a kitchen-living-dining room with separate environments that includes a 150 cm sofa bed.
The establishment offers fully equipped facilities that allow guests to enjoy their stay with everything they may need (coffee maker (italian + dolce gusto), refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, heating, vacuum cleaner, iron, etc.).

The hosts try to make the guest feel at home.
The stay includes bed linen for both the bed and the sofa that will be renewed on request for stays longer than 7 nights. Towels are also at the guest's disposal.
Under previous notice, baby articles such as crib or high chair can be provided.
Services in the area
Parking in the area is easy, especially when the blue zone (OLA) is in operation. Monday to Friday from 10 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm and Saturday mornings from 10 am to 2 pm. Since outside these hours the parking is free, you can leave your car for almost the entire stay for free.
Given the proximity of the train and bus station and its connection to the airport, the apartment is ideal for people arriving in the city without a car. In addition, just 20 meters from the apartment there is a bus stop.
In spite of being a calm zone, to scarcely 500 meters it has all the services of restoration, leisure, cinema, municipal market.
It is possible to go for a comfortable walk to the buildings that make up the cultural ring of Santander, especially the Botin Center and the nightlife area.
