The apartment of 145m2 is in the center of the beautiful Maresme coastal town of Pineda de Mar only 250m from the beach, 15min from the train station and 65km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is distributed over two floors and has a terrace with outdoor furniture. On the lower floor we find the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 single bed. On the upper floor we find 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, Italian coffee maker, air conditioning, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking space for standard car and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. Groups of young people under 28 years of age are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
