It has three floors: Main floor has a private terrace at the entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a cozy living room with TV and a working space with desk and chair. In this floor you will also find a full bathroom with shower. On the second floor you will find the 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The third floor leads you to the amazing and peaceful terrace. Please know the houses in the area are next to each other, therefore the terrace is only for relaxing purposes to avoid noise conflicts with neighbors.

Near the area you will find the Olympic Port with many options for restaurants and leisure activities. Also in the area you will find The Ciutadella Park, considered one of the city's lungs, hosting The Barcelona Zoo and the Parliament. Great place to relax, walk or excercise outdoors.
