Apartment

The apartment is on a single floor and has several rooms and a terrace. It is full of natural light, as it has large glass windows in the lounge-dining room, with direct access to the terrace outside. There are two sofas, armchairs, table and chairs and a TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, Moka coffee pot, tableware, dishwasher, washing machine and iron.

2 double rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. 1 bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Small terrace outside with table, chairs and sea views.

Space on the ground floor to keep bicycles, kayaks, etc. Parking in the street.

Location

The apartment is located 50m from the beach, near to the port and very close to the shops and restaurants in the area.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
