'AYALA Málaga City Center' is a complete accommodation, located in the heart of the city of Málaga, opposite the María-Zambrano Train Station and a few minutes from the beach, the port and the old town.

It's a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment that can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning (heating and cooling) in all rooms, a dining area, and a living/working space.

The area is perfect for exploring the city without needing a car. Connections to the airport are excellent, as the train to Malaga Airport (AGP) is just a few meters away, providing a quick and easy ride. - THE CELEBRATION OF PARTIES OR PRIVATE EVENTS IS PROHIBITED AT THE ACCOMMODATION.

- ANY BREACH OF THE COMMUNITY RULES WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE RESERVATION AND LOSS OF THE DEPOSIT AND UNUSED NIGHTS.
