Villa Els Cipresos is a house located in a quiet residential area, 7 Km from Lloret de Mar town centre and 11Km from the quiet and lovely Cala Canyelles beach. This house is ideal for enjoying relaxing family holidays on the Costa Brava!

The property is 295m2 (1070m2 of land), and is distributed over 2 areas: Independent house + 4 apartments. It is possible to rent the house alone (6 people max), or combine it with one or more of the separate apartments (each has a capacity for 2 people). The villa has a maximum capacity of 6 to 14 people.

In this unit we offer the house with 1 apartment, with a maximum capacity of 8 persons. In August, the house has to be rented with the four apartments included.



The house offers a dining room (fireplace, TV), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, washing machine). It has 3 bedrooms; 2 double beds of 135x190cm and 1 double room (2 individual beds of 90x190cm) and 2 bathrooms with showers (1 of them is in the garage). There is an attractive garden with an enclosed swimming pool and built-in barbecue. This apartment has 2 individual beds of 90x190cm, a kitchenette (microwave, fridge, electric stove) and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. Each apartment has access to its own private terrace. Also, there’s a shared washing machine for 4 apartments.

This house is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

This residential area has a great private club, with tennis courts, swings for the children, swimming pools and a bar exclusively for clients.
