Characterised by its narrow and endearing streets with numerous taverns and tapas bars, the La Latina neighbourhood is the perfect option for those who wish to enjoy the character of the city on foot.



Two major tourist attractions in the area are the Royal Basilica of San Francisco El Grande, which features works by Goya, and the Church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudéjar tower and is the second oldest in the city. Additionally, every Sunday the neighbourhood becomes a key point for Madrilenians and visitors thanks to the renowned El Rastro market.



The apartment:



This bright 3-bedroom apartment of 78 m², located on the second floor of a building with a lift, features a modern living room with a television and a double sofa bed that also integrates the dining area. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, from oven and fridge to dishwasher.



It has 3 rooms with great luminosity thanks to its windows, two of them with a double bed and another with two single beds. The apartment also has a full bathroom with a shower.



It has WiFi connection, heating in all rooms and air conditioning only in the living room.

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

Central heating hours (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
