Two more rooms located on the second floor have double beds while the fourth has two single beds, ideal for families or groups traveling together. The living room is spacious and bright, has direct access to the outdoor terrace, American kitchen and large dining table, ideal for meeting and sharing a meal with family or friends. Upstairs, in addition to the bedrooms, there is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. A courtesy bathroom is available on the ground floor.



EXTERIOR: Very comfortable, the villa offers parking suitable for several vehicles at the entrance and a garden with corners of trees and nature to play and relax.
