About This Property
The Ondina Suites apartment is located a few steps from the most famous monument in Spain, the Temple of the Sagrada Familia by Anton Gaudí.
It's literally 3 minutes away and you'll be right in the center of town. This spacious apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building without elevator, keep this important detail in mind when booking.
However, we will be happy to help you on the day of your arrival with your luggage to take you upstairs. There are 2 bedrooms, at the rear of the property, facing the quiet rear courtyard of the building. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds or the possibility of joining them. Both rooms open onto the very cozy balcony that is available for smokers.
The open space living room has beautiful natural light, with all the mod cons including a large smart TV. oh
You will be able to sit on the comfortable sofa to relax and enjoy the view from the front balcony! The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, as well as a microwave and coffee maker. All kitchen utensils are available. It shares the space with the living room in a modern style design. A table for 4 people will be available for your meals! At the end of the corridor, you have access to the washing machine (behind a door) and the bathroom with shower. Everything has been recently renovated with style, design meets comfort!
The apartment offers free WiFi, air conditioning, flat screen TV, bed linen, towels, soaps and everything you need for a pleasant stay in one of the most beautiful beach cities in the world.
We kindly ask you to read carefully all the descriptions with all the amenities that are included in the property. It will help you choose the best accommodation for your vacation, according to your needs.
Also, please read the "House Rules" section carefully. There you will find very useful information about our policies and will avoid any misunderstanding once your reservation is complete.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (we charge the entire deposit for not respecting this rule).
***VERY IMPORTANT***
The refundable damage deposit is 300 euros which will be held on a credit card upon arrival.
The tourist tax in Barcelona has risen to €5.50 per day per person, up to a maximum of 7 days. This tax must be paid on the day of your arrival.
Please note: When checking into your apartment, visitors under the age of 16 must present a copy of their passport showing their date of birth, so that they are not charged the aforementioned tourist tax.
**** LATE REGISTRATION FEES ****
The check-in fee is calculated based on the time and day of your arrival, along with the apartment you have chosen.
Rates: 20:00 - 23:00: +10 euros
23:00 - 01:00: +25 euros
01:00 - 09:00: +35 euros
Arrivals on Sundays or holidays will have a surcharge of €15.
