This bright and modern apartment consists of 2 floors, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, a kitchen, a living room with a small balcony. Therefore, you can enjoy the outdoors at home in the private solarium and barbecue.

It has the capacity for up to 6 people and is 80 m² and 2 air conditioners in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the living room.

It is located on the 2nd Spanish floor without elevator, only stairs.

The terrace is also on the roof and has an area with chairs, loungers and a small table, from where there are views of the sea.

In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an oven and etc., an iron and a television - everything you need to make you feel comfortable.

It is located in La Mata, next to the sea and only about 170 meters from Les Ortigues beach. To get to the beach you have to go through a walk in a green and charming area.
