LARGE and BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT in the HEART of St. FELIU:
Apartment just 3 minutes’ walk from the beach and located in the center of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, in one of the busiest areas of the city, with lots of shops, restaurants and walking streets. The weekly Sunday market is also very near from the apartment.

It’s fully equipped and designed to be as comfortable as possible. Beautiful and spacious, the apartment has 3 large bedrooms, two of which are double and another with 2 single beds. There are also 3 large bathrooms with showers, two of which are integrated into the double bedrooms. Each room is equipped with an independent air conditioning unit, and the air conditioning is charged based on consumption.

Its beautiful white kitchen is a large space with a central island and is fully equipped. It leads directly to the also very spacious living room. In the living room there is on one side the dining room with a table for 6 people and on the other, the sitting room with a comfortable sofa and armchairs for relaxing. All spaces, except the bathrooms, have wooden floors, which gives all rooms a very warm and pleasant atmosphere.

Both in the bedrooms and in the living room, there is independent air conditioning, not included in the rental and which will be paid according to the use. It’s appreciated that in addition to the breadth of all the spaces and the care of the rooms, there is an elevator and also a parking space, available from June 15 to September 15, summer time when there is the most activity and where it’s difficult to find a place to park.

In Sant Feliu, a very family-friendly town on the Costa Brava, you can enjoy all the activities that are organized throughout the year, and from there you can visit many surrounding villages less than an hour away by car. Visit the area, the beaches, the hidden coves or just enjoy strolling along the incredible coastal paths.
