The apartment of 70m2 is located in a quiet area of ​​Miami Playa only 120m from the beach, 18km from Port Aventura and 22km from Reus Airport. It is located on the third floor with an elevator and it has sea views from the terrace and the private solarium, as well as having a communal pool open all year round. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds and it includes a sofa bed for two additional guests in the living room. There is a complete bathroom, equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room, heating, TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free private parking space and sheets and towels. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups of young people under 25 years of age are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
