Ca Sa Predine is surrounded by the traditional stone walls and wooden shutters typical of Mallorca. The walls of Alcudia famous for its Roman ruins, twice a week you can go to the traditional market in the village of Alcudia, is less than 1 minute walk away.



As soon as you enter you will appreciate the vaulted ceiling with an open staircase. The fully furnished living room with modern style matches the stone walls. The kitchen space is fully equipped with electric hob, fridge, microwave, electric oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, full crockery, cooking utensils, coffee machine and toaster.



There are three double bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds and the last with two sofa beds.

Two fully equipped bathrooms and a shower room with WC.



The accommodation has wifi, hairdryer, air conditioning in all rooms hot/cold, safe, satellite TV with all the languages you need.
