The apartment of 60m2 is in the center of the beautiful coastal town of Sant Pol de Mar only 300m from the beach, 350m from the train station and 65km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. The communal area consists of a swimming pool opened from June to October, table tennis and a small gym. It is located on the third floor with quiet street views from the terrace equipped with outdoor furniture. It has three bedrooms with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed for two people. There is a complete bathroom with a bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, fans, winter heating, TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking space and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed. Ee will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
