Two Bedroom house with stunning coastal and sea views from its roof terrace set in one of the quieter streets of Mijas yet only 5 minutes' walk to the center.
As is typical of the traditional village houses you enter directly into the open plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas, flat screen tv and dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge freezer. At the rear of the ground floor is an area with table and chairs which leads through to a cave with seating are (this property is one of Mijas' traditional "cave" houses. during the hot summer months the cave area remains cool. Also on this floor is a bathroom with walk in shower cubicle.
Stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find 2 bedrooms both with double beds and a second bathroom. Both bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning
A further staircase leads up to the roof terrace where you can enjoy panoramic views over the Mediterranean and Mijas itself. There is a hammock and table and chairs. this is a superb area for enjoying the delights of Mijas. The laundry room is also set on the roof terrace.
