An excellent location for residents and visitors as it is a highly valued area, very well connected by metro and bus (L2 and L5), full of services such as pharmacies, shops, gyms, market and a great hospitality offer where you can find typical tapas bars with pleasant terraces.

The main bedroom with a complete en-suite bathroom with shower and a second complete bathroom.



The apartment has been decorated and furnished with the latest design trends, seeking the maximum comfort of its occupants, good quality furniture and mattresses that will make any stay very pleasant and cosy.



Equipped with all amenities in appliances, it has air conditioning throughout the home, central heating and internet.

The building has a ramp to go up stairs and access the lift.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. The check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR.



Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
