Villa

This villa is of Mediterranean style, with 5 bedrooms and wonderful sea views. The villa is located very close to the shopping centre and Son Bou beach, which makes it highly recommended if you do not want to depend too much on the car. The villa is divided into 2 levels: On the upper floor, from where the villa is accessed, there is a large living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped open kitchen and a single bedroom.



On the same floor there is a toilet and a terrace that offers wonderful views of Son Bou Beach. Going down the stairs, access is gained to the lower floor, where the four double bedrooms are located. One has a double bed, air conditioning with clock and an en-suite bathroom. The other three rooms have single beds, fans and share a complete bathroom.



All rooms connect to the terrace with sea views. From here, access can be gained to the pool area equipped with outdoor furniture and which also has a large barbecue area, equipped with a fridge and sink.
