On the ground floor, we find the entrance hall that provides access to two double bedrooms that share an elegant bathroom with shower, both rooms have access to an interior courtyard. On the first floor, it consists of the third double bedroom with an independent bathroom with shower: there is also a spacious and bright living-dining-kitchen area that gives access to a balcony/terrace with views of the square. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, vitroceramic hob, oven etc.

On the top floor there is a spectacular terrace furnished with outdoor furniture with unbeatable views of the bay of Fornells. The house has air conditioning in the living room.
