Casa Carbo is a dream holiday home located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen. Spacious, bright and very cosy, it offers two bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and a bathroom, guaranteeing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and enjoy the flavours of Lanzarote at your own pace.



The property has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, ensuring comfort at any time of the day.



The property is located just moments away from the vibrant main avenue, Avenida de Las Playas, with access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The dwelling features a lower terrace decorated with comfortable furniture, ideal for relaxing with a book or enjoying a drink, and an upper terrace with a south-facing skylight, equipped with sun loungers to sunbathe and enjoy the warmth of Lanzarote.



Rates

The base rate covers up to two guests. Each additional person (3rd or 4th guest) incurs an extra charge per night, which must be reflected in the booking.



Amenities and Welcome

Casa Carbo is delivered equipped with bed linen, bath towels, and beach towels. Upon arrival, you will find a welcome kit with shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion dispensers, as well as a package in the kitchen with essential products such as water, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, and sugar.



Check-in and check-out

Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out before 11:00. For early arrival or late departure requests, availability and additional rates can be consulted. Entry is made through our partner app Hoomvip, which must be downloaded before arrival. Through the app, guests complete online check-in (guest registration) and obtain digital access to the property, without the need for physical keys. The application also provides useful information about the property and the area, ensuring a comfortable and safe entry.



Optional cleaning

For long stays, additional cleaning can be arranged during the stay upon request, with an additional cost. This service includes changing sheets and towels, removing rubbish, replenishing gel, lotion and toilet paper, and a refresh of the accommodation. The cleaning is express and personal belongings are not reorganised.



Car Hire

To explore Lanzarote with total freedom, it is recommended to hire a car before arrival. We collaborate with local dealerships that offer rates with taxes included, flexible cancellation, comprehensive insurance, no fuel charges, unlimited mileage and option of second driver included. We can manage the booking if flight details are provided.



Environment

Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist destination in Lanzarote, with over six kilometres of fine sandy beaches and calm waters, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. Along the coast runs the main avenue with shops, cafés, restaurants and all types of tourist services, creating an ideal environment to combine beach, leisure and relaxation.
