In addition, the accommodation has Wi-Fi and air conditioning, while the urbanization has a communal pool that is open in July and August. Swimming pool available in season (01/07/2024 - 31/08/2024).

In the vicinity of the apartment you will find a Mercadona supermarket, bars, restaurants, stores, pharmacy, as well as cab and bus stops. The old town of Marbella can be reached on foot in 10/15 minutes, while the Cable Beach and the fishing port of Marbella are right next to the complex.



This is a comfortable, simple and practical holiday apartment, suitable for families who want to have space and comfort during their vacations on the Costa del Sol. The garden and the swimming pool are accessible only and exclusively during the opening period of the swimming pool, during the months of July and August.

The Community of Owners may, without prior notice, extend or reduce the opening period of the swimming pool.



The accommodation offers a parking space, suitable for cars of category Tourism. It is accessed by remote control.
