Sharing Co presents this charming accommodation located near the Malaga center and fully equipped with everything you need to make your experience in Malaga an unforgettable adventure. The property consists of a beautiful main bedroom with a double bed and bedside tables. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, and bathtub for relaxing baths after a long day exploring and enjoying the wonders of the city. Additionally, the cozy living room space is equipped with an armchair, television, sofa, coffee table, and next to it the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your best recipes.

The apartment is strategically located in a quiet, silent neighborhood but close to the most representative places in the city: You will be next to the beautiful San Miguel park where you can read a book and enjoy the incredible city climate, a few meters away you will also find the magnificent Alcazaba of Málaga construction, the Picasso Museum in Málaga, the Cathedral, glass museum, the Roman theater or if you prefer romantic views you will find the Gibralfaro Castle with beautiful views of the city, additionally, you will have a few steps away a variety of typical restaurants, museums, supermarkets and leisure areas that you will love.



The main points of interest are 15 minutes walking and, however, if you like to explore every corner and get to know the city more in depth, Málaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment you will find a variety of bus stations and parking stations in case you bring your car to this adventure.

For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:

1. You must sign a lease agreement

2. Supplies such as electricity, water, and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR



In the event that an in-person Check In is required or requested, the charge would be:



$25 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM

$60 from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
