Las Américas Park (Parque Santiago II) is a modern apartment located in the tourist centre of Playa de Las Américas, just 100 metres from the beach. It is fully equipped with top-quality products and features a large communal swimming pool and a supermarket less than ten metres away. If you are looking for a place to relax, do activities or go shopping, this is your accommodation. Siam Park, the best water park in the world, is less than 10 minutes by car.



The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe, living-dining room, a modern kitchen, full bathroom and a cosy enclosed balcony with views of the avenue. Additionally, it has good window sealing that limits noise and allows for better rest.

Playa de Las Américas is one of the tourist centres of the island of Tenerife. It has various beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and offers a wide range of activities for fun holidays in the area. Additionally, just 10 metres from our apartment you will find a supermarket, and less than 5 minutes by car, two excellent shopping centres for shopping. On the other hand, the apartment is just 20 minutes by car from the south airport.



Playa de las Américas has good public transport service, both by bus and taxi. In addition, it is very well connected to the South Airport, which is located 15 minutes by car.



Las Américas beach is located less than 100 metres from the building.
