This is a quiet residential apartment within a private complex and is accessed via a short flight of stairs or lift. It is ideal for families or groups of professionals.
House rules say no parties, pets or smoking in the apartment or on the balcony. Small pets can be hosted under certain conditions and for an extra fee.
INFRINGEMENT OF ANY OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN A FINE:
- 100€ FOR NOT RESPECTING QUIET HOURS (BETWEEN 9PM AND 9 AM)
- 100€ FOR SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT OR ON THE BALCONY
- 150€ IF SMOKING AND THROWING CIGARETTE BUTTS IN THE GARDEN OR IN THE APARTMENT BELOW
A tourist tax of 1 euro per night (max 7 nights) for guests aged 17 and over will be collected at arrival. Your card details will be collected before your arrival to collect a 250€ deposit.
