Cozy and spacious apartment in the center of Sitges, 2 minutes walk from the beach and the promenade. With capacity for 7 people, this apartment is undoubtedly one of the best options for your stay in Sitges.

It has a communal swimming pool, garden, sunbathing area where children can play and parking for bicycles. It has a large living-dining room with a flat-screen TV and games for the whole family. From the living room you can access the terrace with views of the pool.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker...). The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double and a single bed, another with a double bed and the last one with two single beds. It has two full bathrooms.

The property has WiFi. There is also air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in each bedroom. An accessible parking space is available and is included in the price. Located in a very quiet community, it is just 30 minutes from Barcelona and El Prat airport.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)

- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
