Spacious and modern studio (35 m²) with a side sea view, just a few meters from Playa Chica, charming part of Las Canteras Beach. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.



The studio is located in a building built at the end of the year 2022, which is equipped with two elevators and a barrier-free access. It has the newest and high-quality equipment including air conditioning, fiber internet access (wifi), smart TV, built-in closet, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron and hairdryer.



Three-kilometer-long Las Canteras Beach offers great opportunities for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and surfing. Thanks to the smart lock system, you don’t need to carry the key to the beach and can enjoy the leisure activities without any thought of losing it. The promenade along the beach provides a wide range of cafes, restaurants, tapas bars and shops.



The location is an ideal place to combine relaxing on the beach and exploring the island. You don’t necessarily need a car. Almost all parts of the island can be reached by bus from the Santa Catalina bus station, which is a 10 min walking distance from the studio. Besides the beautiful beaches, Gran Canaria offers excellent hiking opportunities. The airport "Aeropuerto de Gran Canaria" is located 23 km from the accommodation, only about 30 min direct bus ride.
