About the Space
Completely renovated in 2022, this house beautifully blends modern style with rustic charm. Featuring wooden-beamed ceilings and stone pillars, it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Here’s what you’ll find: bright, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with air conditioning; stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower; cosy bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan, and access to the terrace—perfect for a peaceful start to the day.

The Annexe – Just Off the Lounge
The Annexe is accessed directly from the lounge area—step through the door into the covered patio with archways and leafy plants (as seen in the photos). It’s a private, self-contained space ideal for guests or family members to unwind. It retains its original mosaic floor and old stone wall, adding unique charm. Features: large open-plan room with a double bed, ceiling fan, and comfy seating area; second bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan accessed through the first room; small kitchen area with electric hob, kettle, and washing machine; compact bathroom with shower and toilet.

Ideal for two families or groups of friends—everyone can spend time together while enjoying a bit of privacy when needed.

Extras
BBQ area, plenty of outdoor space to relax, onsite parking, all rooms on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. The property boasts a magnificent saltwater overflow pool—not heated and not deep enough for diving, but perfect for cooling off on hot days.

Important Notes on Safety and Nature
All rooms are on the ground floor with direct pool access. No security fences or railings around outdoor stairs or pool, so children must be supervised at all times. The house is surrounded by many trees and shrubs, so in summer ants 🐜, bees 🐝, mosquitoes 🦟 and other insects may sneak in—nature’s little visitors! We don’t use harsh chemicals (bad for the environment), but provide insect spray. Leaves and bugs may occasionally fall into the pool despite cleaning. We hope these natural touches won’t detract from your stay.

Sorry, no pets allowed. The rental sits below my private home, rarely occupied, ensuring a peaceful, independent stay. This is self-catering; basics provided, additional items available at the local grocery store.
