About This Property
The first floor has the kitchen, a large dining room with integrated living room, a bathroom with shower, laundry room and a spacious terrace with access to the garden. On the first floor there are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and one twin (2 single beds) with a full bathroom shared by both rooms. This beautiful house, tastefully decorated, full of life with its handicrafts and decorations, also has a swimming pool which is part of the community complex.

IMPORTANT
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
Smoking is allowed outdoors
Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

Betlem is located in the north-east of the island and is still an insider tip for many island lovers. The place directly between the sea and the mountains is something very special on Mallorca with its location.
Nature lovers will find great hiking trails with breathtaking views in the large Llevant nature reserve, directly behind the village.
Of course, the village also has a bakery that is open all year round, as well as cafés and restaurants. Further shopping facilities such as supermarkets, a pharmacy and a variety of restaurants can be found in the next village, Colonia de Sant Pere, which is about 4 km away.
