The RUBIK apartments are located in the Alcalá Norte area, close to the intersection of Alcalá Street with Arturo Soria Street, a neighbourhood in Madrid originally known as Pueblo Nuevo, which has increasingly adapted to the times with new housing developments for younger people seeking areas well connected to the city centre and their workplaces. Alcalá Street, just a few metres from the apartment, in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, is full of life and has local shops and stores of very popular brands.
The constant development of this area has turned it into the location of important television production studios, large administrative centers and important companies, in addition to being very close to the Alcalá Norte Shopping Center. Due to its good connection, you can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reaching Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina and other strategic places in Madrid in just minutes and in direct line. All this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy your stay in the city at a good price for short stays and during months.

The stay in this apartment will be ideal, because the accommodation is of great quality and has been equipped and decorated with great taste and care.
Located on the 2nd floor of this building with an elevator, a 40 square metre apartment with capacity for 4 people distributed in two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. The living room, magnificent and well distributed with a dining area and a rest area with a comfortable and cosy single sofa bed and a SmartTV where you can connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify and etc. accounts. The living room is very bright thanks to its wide wall-to-wall window. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and fully equipped with everything necessary. Down the living room hallway, we enter the bedroom area. The bedrooms, very elegant and cosy, have a comfortable double bed with bedside tables, another room has a single bed with a small desk and both rooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes. The bedroom windows face the inner courtyard and are south-facing, which is why they are very quiet and have plenty of natural light.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms to be perfect on the hottest days.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise at the latest 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
