Holiday house located in front of the sea in Empuriabrava, with 8m mooring and panoramic views of the entire bay of Roses, the mountains and the Aiguamolls natural park.

On the ground floor there are 2 large bedrooms (each with twin beds), a bathroom with shower, a sunny terrace on the sea side and a second terrace with a small garden on the canal side (where the mooring is).
On the first floor is the main living space consisting of a living/dining room with a terrace offering sea views and an American kitchen. This floor also has a second terrace on the canal side.
On the second and last floor are the 2 other bedrooms (also with twin beds), with access to a terrace offering a beautiful sea view, and a bathroom with shower.
Equipped with: reversible air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living-dining room, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, small electric oven, barbecue, satellite TV (in the living room and in one of the bedrooms), WIFI, parking space.
Exceptional location, right next to the port exit and next to the natural beach “La Rubina”, the most beautiful in Empuriabrava.
