The complex has a swimming pool and is only a 5-minute drive from the main

beaches such as Playa de Las Americas and Playa del Duque, with its lovely shops.



Taxis are cheap and bus connections are excellent.



Free parking is available in the area.

There are small shops and restaurants in the area.

For those who do not like walking, we recommend hiring a car.



If you lose or break your key you will be charged an extra 100€ for changing the lock.
