Small farmhouse of 200m2 located in a quiet area of ​​l'Ametlla de Mar 5km from the beach, 40km from Port Aventura and 45km from Reus Airport. It is distributed on two floors with the kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the lower floor and 3 bedrooms and 1 toilet on the upper floor. It has a large fully fenced outdoor area with a 10x6x3m private pool, hammocks for sunbathing, palapa, terraces, children's area, covered barbecue space and a small pond. There is a L'Or coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, fans, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, private parking area and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property and pets are allowed with an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups under 28 years of age are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
