Located in a central area with multiple services available within a few metres. The building does not have a lift, it is a first floor.



Located in the Carmen neighbourhood, with all points of interest very close by, Poniente beach and marina very nearby.



Ideal for walking due to the situation, although it can also be moved by bus, taxi, electric vehicle rental...



The rules of coexistence with other neighbours must be respected, especially when moving through common areas.



Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or apartment rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied.
